Nina is responsible for the research and analysis of affordable housing projects across Canada. She supports project teams across all functions and assists in completing financing arrangements and Preliminary Development Reports.
We live in a world-class country that offers potential high quality of life for people from all over the world. But like most OECD nations, our housing insecurity has increased in the past 15 years. We need to do more to reduce the number of households in core housing need from coast to coast to coast.
As a young professional in construction, I want to help build the new, non-market social housing our communities need.
Paw Roe Shee Development Analyst
Paw has experience with multiple municipalities and government agencies, including the City of Mississauga, Township of Tiny and the Ministry of Transportation. She has worked on a variety of affordable housing projects, including data analysis for the City of Toronto Rent Bank, a program that provides financial assistance to low-income individuals and families and develop a framework for organizations wishing to establish housing shelters in the GTA.
Some other notable projects include working with the City of Toronto to examine municipal projects from around the world that leverage public assets for climate action and sustainable policy planning for Electric Vehicles in Ontario.
Euan Nicol Development Analyst
Euan is responsible for investigating and evaluating affordable housing developments across Canada. He aids project teams in all areas and helps complete preliminary development reports, funding agreements and underwriting.
"I want to be able to help deliver housing for everyone who possibly needs it. This role has given me the opportunity to make a large-scale impact across the nation."
